Os avanços decorrentes da nova política levaram o Cade a receber três vezes o prêmio de autoridade do ano das Américas da conceituada publicação internacional Global Competition Review (GCR), que o posicionou entre as oito principais autoridades de defesa da concorrência do mundo. Dado seu trabalho como presidente da autarquia, Vinícius foi convidado a ocupar a função de vice-chair da International Competition Network (ICN), entidade que reúne mais de 130 autoridades antitruste do mundo. Unlike the proposedmechanism of action for most anesthetics, ketamine doesnot act at the GABAA receptor.
